Nominate a Community Hero for recognition here! Not all heroes wear capes, of course, so if you know a police or corrections officer, firefighter, EMT, nurse, teacher or educator, truck or bus driver, non-profit volunteer, youth caregiver, social worker, community activist, foster parent, or anyone else who is making a difference in their community nominate them here!

 

The ValleyCats will select Nine Community Heroes to be recognized during Community Heroes Night on Thursday, July 23, 2026 sponsored by National Grid with postgame fireworks presented by Upstate New York Toyota.

 

Each winner will be hosted by National Grid in a hospitality or picnic area with dinner included!
