ValleyCats Workforce Development Night
The Tri-City ValleyCats - along with partners Ferguson, Paylocity, and Human Interest - are hosting the 2026 Workforce Development Night on June 2 at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium! This event is also supported by the Capital Region Workforce Development Board.
Before the ValleyCats take on the Sussex County Miners, come to the career fair on the stadium concourse featuring local companies and organizations highlighting employment opportunities of all sorts.
Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. with first pitch scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Job seekers will also have opportunities for mock interviews and resume reviews during the game.
Hundreds of current and recent high school and college graduates are expected to attend, along with dozens of local companies looking to expand.

If a company would like to attend the event as a presenter, fill out the Presenter Registration Form below. For $350, which helps underwrite tickets for local job seekers, your organization will receive:
- Concourse table to showcase your business, career opportunities, and employment resources.
- Video Board Recognition to highlight your company/organization during the game
- Inclusion in ValleyCats social media (55,000+ followers) promotion for the event
- Inclusion in ValleyCats E-Newsletter (28,000+ subscribers), promoting the event
- 10 Reserved Box Tickets for staff and guests
- Entry to win a series of experiential prizes, including a ceremonial first pitch, an inning in the broadcast booth, and a chance to take part in an in-between innings contest or promotion.
